This set includes three washcloths made from super soft cotton and polyester knit terry. Our essentials have been independently certified with STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® so that you don’t have to worry about harmful substances in your baby’s wardrobe. This pack includes one towel and three washcloths. Towel measures 26" x 30". Washcloths measure 9" x 9".

Domestic orders shipped via Standard Shipping should be delivered within 3-10 business days of order processing (not including holidays) for the United States. Please allow up to twenty-one (21) business days for shipments to US Territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
During holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time, but we will make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.
We do not offer to ship to multiple addresses or international addresses. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Summerville, SC.

We offer personalized embroidery for names, initials, or even birthdays and custom sentiments. Names and messages are limited to 10 characters due to space restrictions and there may be exclusions on special characters or numbers in some fonts.

We offer a wide range of thread colors to suit your preferences. Some colors, such as black and white, will easily match most pieces. When selecting from our broader range of colors, make sure to select a thread color that will stand out from the blanket, towel, outfit, or robe you are purchasing. For instance, avoid using lavender thread on a purple product. Keep in mind that some colors may look slightly different on fabric compared to digital displays.

When placing your order, the on-screen preview is designed to provide an approximation of how your completed piece will look. With product and thread colors, digital displays and computer or phone settings can affect the exact tone of your selected color. Additionally, because each piece is worked individually and name lengths or character sizes may differ, our embroidery team makes creative decisions on the exact embroidery location which may cause a slight variation to the website preview.

Once your order has been placed, you can reach out to our Customer Service team to make any changes within 24 hours. For items requiring custom embroidery, once we have started the embroidery process we will not be able to accept any changes. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM EST until 5:00 PM EST. If you have reached us after hours, please leave a message and we will be happy to help as soon as we are available.

We are unable to accept embroidered items as a return or an exchange. We do our best to embroider all items to your satisfaction but occasionally mistakes are made.
