Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, but if it just doesn’t work for your little one, we will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise in the original packaging within 60 days of the original purchase. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalized/embroidered items.

We want to make this process as quick as possible for you! To start your online return,  visit the Gerber Childrenswear Return Center, our interactive returns processing tool.

We strongly advise using an insured mail service, as we cannot process returns on items we do not receive. Packages must be returned prepaid. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept COD deliveries for returns. 

Once your shipment is received, we will process a credit to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are unable to be refunded. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however please allow 2 – 3 weeks for your refund to be fully processed. 

Returns Without a Packing Slip

Didn’t keep your packing slip? No worries! You can still return your online purchase if you don’t have your packing slip. Just be sure to include your name and order number with your return. A refund will be processed based on the price paid when you placed your order with us.

Gift Returns

Gift returns may only be refunded to the original form of payment.

Defective Products

Gerber Childrenswear is committed to producing safe, quality essentials for your little ones.  If you have received a defective item in a order, please start your online return and identify the return as defective. Any product with a quality defect will be issued a full refund once the product has been received and processed.
