Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

Domestic orders shipped via Standard Shipping should be delivered within 3-10 business days of order processing (excluding holidays) within the United States. Please allow up to 21 business days for shipments to U.S. Territories, A.P.O., and F.P.O. addresses.

During holiday rushes and large sales events, there may be slight processing delays, but we will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses or international addresses. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Summerville, SC.

Note: Orders received after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.


Rush Delivery

Currently Unavailable: Due to nationwide shipping constraints, we are not offering Rush Delivery options at this time.

When available, expedited orders received before 12:00 PM EST Monday-Friday with the 2-3 Day Expedited Shipping or Overnight Shipping option selected are processed the same business day after payment verification (which may take up to 24 hours) and are shipped via FedEx. There is no weekend delivery for expedited shipping.

Expedited or overnight service is only available for orders shipping to a street address in the continental U.S., AK, and HI. Expedited or overnight service is not available for shipments to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories, military addresses, or some rural areas.

When available, 2-3 Day Expedited Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 and typically arrives within 2-3 business days after order processing.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

To ship to more than one address, separate orders must be placed.


Military Shipping Addresses

Please allow up to 21 business days for shipments to A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses.

Canceling Orders

To cancel an order, please contact customer service here. Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellations will no longer be possible.
