Shipping & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but if something isn’t right, let us know and we will refund your purchase. You may return it with your original packing slip within 60 days and we will exchange the item or refund your full purchase price, less the shipping and handling. We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise in the original packaging.

All orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday - Friday are processed within 2 business days of payment and address verification (which could take up to 24 hours) and shipped at a flat rate of $6 if product is listed as “in stock”. Domestic orders shipped via Standard Shipping will be delivered within 3-10 business days of order processing (not including holidays) for the United States. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to US Territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. During holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time, but we will make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can. We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses or international addresses. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Summerville, SC. There is no extra charge for backorder shipments, and credit card orders are not charged until they leave the warehouse. Note: Orders received after 12:00 pm EST in the distribution system will begin processing the following business day.

Gerber Childrenswear Rewards

Joining Gerber Childrenswear rewards program is simple! Either log in to your existing account or sign up with your email through the rewards page. You'll get 10 points just for becoming a member! Each time you come back, make sure you log in to track your points progress, your transaction history and to redeem points on your orders.
Yes. The points you accrue are valid for 6 months from the date rewarded.
Earn points just becoming a member and each time you spend on Gerber Childrenswear! One (1) point will be earned on each dollar you spend, excluding all shipping fees and taxes (rounded down to the nearest dollar). Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear on your Account page. You can only earn points on products purchased on our website (http://gerberchildrenswear.com). Purchases made on other ecommerce sites and in retail stores will not accrue points. You can also earn points for completing product reviews and following us on our social channels.
Yes! Click the ‘start referring now’ button on the rewards page and begin entering your friend’s email addresses. If your friend(s) makes a qualifying order over $50 on our website, you get a ten dollar ($10) reward and your friend gets a ten dollar ($10) reward. Discount reward can be used on your next order made on our website. Please allow 48 hours for your one hundred (100) reward points to appear on your Account page once your friend(s) places a qualifying order over $50 (excluding all shipping fees and taxes rounded down to the nearest dollar).
You can use your points at Checkout to redeem products or discounts! Once logged in and ready to check out, go to the Checkout page and see your points balance above the two drop-down menus on the right underneath your cart. Use the drop down box to select the dollar reward you want to use and click "Apply". Only one (1) discount can be used per order. Discounts are not eligible on any shipping fees and taxes.
