All orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday - Friday are processed within 2 business days of payment and address verification (which could take up to 24 hours) and shipped at a flat rate of $6 if product is listed as "in stock".
Domestic orders shipped via Standard Shipping will be delivered within 3-10 business days of order processing (not including holidays) for the United States. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to US Territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
During holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time, but we will make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses or international addresses. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Summerville, SC. There is no extra charge for backorder shipments, and credit card orders are not charged until they leave the warehouse.
Note: Orders received after 12:00 pm EST in the distribution system will begin processing the following business day.

How do I earn points?
How do I earn points?
Become a member and earn points with every purchase on GerberChildrenswear.com! One point will be earned for each dollar you spend, excluding all shipping fees and taxes. Please allow up to 30 days for your points to appear on your account page.
You can only earn points on products purchased on our website (http://gerberchildrenswear.com). Purchases made on other e-commerce sites and in retail stores will not accrue points.
Earn even more points by completing product reviews. Each product review earns you 5 points (up to 25 points/month). To receive points for your product review, you must follow the email prompt after purchase.

On the left navigation bar, click on "My Rewards" to view your balance.

Yes. Points expire 6 months from the date on which they were earned.
Can I refer a friend?

Yes! Click the 'start referring now' button on the rewards page and begin entering your friends' email addresses (up to 10 email addresses). If your friend(s) makes a qualifying order over $50 (excluding shipping fees and taxes) on our website, you'll earn 150 points ($10 value) for each redeemed referral. Your friend will receive a ten-dollar ($10) reward as well. The discount reward can be used on your next order made on our website.
Please allow 48 hours for your reward points to appear on your account page once your friend(s) places their qualifying order. You must be a Grow-With-Us Perks® member to receive rewards for qualified referred purchases.

You can use your points at checkout to redeem discounts. Make sure you are logged into your account. Use the drop-down box to select the dollar reward you want to use and click "Apply".
If you are logged in to your account, you will see your point balance displayed above the drop-down menu. If you are not logged in to your account, you will see a link to log in.
Only one (1) discount can be used per order.

We're sorry, but points cannot be transferred or gifted between accounts.

No. You may only use one discount code or your reward for each order placed.

If you are experiencing issues redeeming your points, please first make sure you are logged into your account. Please note that you can only use one discount per order. If you are using a discount code while in checkout, you will not be able to use your loyalty discount.
Please allow up to 30 days for your points to appear on your account page. If you are still unable to use points, please contact us at customercare@gerberchildrenswear.com so we can help resolve the issue.

You will forfeit the rewards points accumulated with any refunded purchase. You will see an update in your rewards balance reflecting the value of the returned items.

I reviewed a product, but I don't have points for my review. Why?
To receive points for your product review, you must follow the email prompt after purchase to review the items. We do this to ensure product reviews are associated with the correct items and awards are based on purchase history.
You can write as many reviews as you like, but only one review per product purchased. For each product review, you can earn 5 points (up to 25 points/month).
Please Note: points will only be given to Verified Buyers of purchased products, for reviews written through review emails.
