Best Banana Pancakes Recipe for Toddlers (& Adults!)

¼ cup Cereal (recommendation: Gerber Multigrain Cereal)

¼ cup all-purpose flour

¼ teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon baking soda

1 large egg

1 container (3.5 oz) Gerber Yogurt Blends Banana

2.5 ounces Gerber 2nd Foods Banana

¼ cup water 


1. Whisk cereal, flour, baking powder and baking soda in a medium bowl

2. Stir in yogurt, banana, egg and water until combined

3. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-low heat

4. Pour 1½ tablespoons of batter into a hot skillet for each pancake

5. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until bubbles begin to pop

6. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until golden brown

7. If desired, serve with banana slices on top or your little one’s favorite topping

8. Test temperature before serving
