NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THE PURCHASE OF ANY GOOD OR SERVICE WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCE OF WINNING.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM. ENTRANT (or “you”) UNDERSTANDS HE OR SHE IS PROVIDING INFORMATION TO SPONSOR AND NOT TO INSTAGRAM.

1. SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR; TERM. The “Radio Flyer® X Gerber® Childrenswear Giveaway” is sponsored by Gerber® Childrenswear LLC and Radio Flyer® Inc (“Sponsor,” or “we”). The entry period starts April 24th, 2025, at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on April 27th, 2025 (“Term”). Entries received after 11:59 PM EST on April 27th, 2025, will be ineligible for participation.
2. ELIGIBILITY. ONLY LEGAL RESIDENTS, WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, OF THE 50 U.S. STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF THOSE STATES WHERE THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS PROHIBITED BY LAW, ARE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER OR WIN.
3. HOW TO ENTER; RESTRICTIONS. To enter the Sweepstakes during the Term, you must (a) access your Instagram account; (b) Follow the Gerber Childrenswear official Instagram page (@GerberChildrenswear); (c) Follow the Radio Flyer official Instagram page (@radioflyerinc); (d) Tag (1) one friend by 11:59pm April 27th, 2025.
4. PRIZES. One (1) winner will be selected. The (1) winner will receive a Gerber Childrenswear wardrobe valued at Two Hundred Dollars ($200) and one Radio Flyer® Voya XT Stroller Wagon valued at Five Hundred and Sixty Dollars ($560).
5. SELECTION OF WINNERS. Winners will be selected randomly.
6. NOTIFICATION, RECEIPT OF PRIZES. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) and will receive their prizes within 15 business days after any requested verification forms are submitted.
7. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS. Winners will be contacted via Instagram, and their identity can be obtained by writing to Gerber Childrenswear LLC, Attn: Marketing, 7005 Pelham Rd., Suite D, Greenville, SC 29615.
8. USE OF IMAGES AND LIKENESS; RELEASES. By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor a non-exclusive license to use their name, biographical information, picture, likeness, and/or voice for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. If the Sweepstakes is affected by external issues (e.g., fraud, technical failure), Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel it.
