Shipping Delays - Hurricane Dorian
The safety of our employees and their families is our top priority. Our fulfillment center is located 30 miles inland from Charleston, SC and many of our employees live in the potential areas impacted by Hurricane Dorian. Several shipping carriers have announced delays in pickups and deliveries in the area. Any online orders made in the coming days may experience delayed processing and will be shipped as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience during this time and will update you along the way.
9/6 Update: We are through the worst of the storm and are officially back to work. We are currently running on partial power with the help of generators, but are preparing orders for shipment as quickly as we can. We will also be working double shifts through the weekend to ensure all customers receive their orders ASAP.
9/8 Update: We finally got all systems back up and running and are working at full capacity. We had an outstanding turnout over the weekend by our team working double shifts both Saturday and Sunday. We will be back at it first thing Monday morning continuing to work double shifts.
9/9 Update: We are back and plan on working two 10-hour shifts each day this week in order to get all shipments out ASAP. Our team is working hard to make sure we get your orders shipped out. We cannot thank you enough for the kind words received over the last few days as we deal with the aftermath of Hurricane Dorian.
9/12 Update: We are almost fully caught up with orders impacted by Hurricane Dorian. We have been working double shifts all week, and finally see an end in sight! All orders placed between 8/29 and 9/4, should have updated tracking by Friday 9/13.
