We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but if something isn’t right, let us know and we will refund your purchase. You may return it with your original packing slip within 60 days and we will exchange the item or refund your full purchase price, less the shipping and handling. We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise in the original packaging.
For the fastest return processing, follow these simple steps. For your convenience and to make it easier we have included in your shipment a prepaid return label.
- Complete the form on the packing slip and enclose it with your merchandise.
- Use the pre-paid return label supplied with your original packing documentation. Affix your return shipping label to the packaging, making sure no other tracking labels are shown.
- Take the package to your nearest drop off location.
- Upon receipt of your package, $6 will be deducted from your refund for return postage.

Customers should use an insured mail service. We cannot be responsible for items which we do not receive. Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
Once we receive your shipment, we’ll issue a credit in your original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original or return shipping fees. Allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to be processed.
For exchanges, it will be necessary to process your return for a refund followed by a new order. Shipping charges may apply for changes processed by mail.
Returns for a Gift
If you are returning a gift, the purchaser will be credited a refund on the original form of payment.
Returns With an Original Sales Receipt
Merchandise may be returned and a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid when returned within 60 days of purchase.
Returns Without an Original Sales Receipt
If you do not have the original receipt or packing slip, you can return your online purchases by mail for a refund at the current selling price at the time item is received. Call customer service at 1-877-313-2114 for an order lookup and return instructions.
